Radhamadhab College is managed by a body of respectable personalities of the city, under the name and style “Governing Body”, constituted under the provision of Assam Non-Government College management rules. The term of the body is generally three years. The body is composed of persons nominated by the Government of Assam from among the panels of personalities which include in it donor member as well as representatives from teaching and non-teaching staff of the college. The University nominates its representatives in the body.
