1. The library is open from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on all working days.

2. Students are issued Library Card from the library at the beginning of the session.

3. The Issue Counter is closed half an hour before the closing of the library.

4. The faculty, administrative Staff and students are entitled to make use of library resources.

5. Retired staff and outsiders are also entitled to use the library with certain conditions.

6. The library follows an open access system and users are requested to keep their belongings in the property counter. Users are requested not to disturb the order of the books on the shelves.

7. Rare books and reference books are not meant for issue purpose.

8. Students of the college and outsiders as well have to pay the Library Caution Money.

9. All documents of the library must be returned at the end of the year to get the Clearance Certificate.

10. Silence shall be strictly observed in and around the library.

11. Any suggestion/complain, please contact the librarian.

12. A member who keeps a book beyond the date on which it is returnable shall be required to pay a late fee of Rs. 1 per day per volume.

13. Every member taking a book out of the library and every user within the Library shall be responsible for its safe custody and shall return it to the Library Assistant. In the event of it  being lost or damaged, he/she shall either replace it or pay the cost of replacement. If a book is “Rare” one, he/she shall be required to pay such compensation as the Librarian may think appropriate

All the students, faculty members and employees of the institute can register themselves for the membership of the library. Each member is provided with a library membership card, which is Bar Code enabled.  The categories of members and their privileges are as follow:
