The library is divided into different sections. There is a separate Reading Room for students where approximately 80 students can pursue reading. Also a Periodical Section cum Teachers’ Reading Room has been included in the library layout, where a variety of journals are displayed and back volume of journals has been kept for reference. The library has other sections as well like Ready Reference Section, General Book Section, Computer zone with OPAC and Internet terminals for E-resources. The library has initiated a Special Collection Section as “Special Repository Centre” attempting to collect documents relating to the cultural heritage and history of the region. Also a Reprography area and Digital Library Repository with d space has been included in the library. Apart from the central library, the library also maintains Departmental Libraries for each academic department of the college.
